...even the admins seem to be losing interesting in a site.
I think you mean "losing interest" but it's a valid point. David seems to be almost completely absent these days due to work pressures. That's not a criticism, but there does seem to be a lack of admins with the power to work on the site above and beyond moderating it. (The moderators themselves do a great job - spam threads pop up all the time but they get nuked very quickly)

Well, this certainly is *my* favorite part of this thread. :ebil:

What, these days of terabyte hard drives a tiny 2gb matters? Or was it a long time ago?
Don't be Evabot. Nobody likes you when you do that.
But my last two computers, yeah, space was a huge concern.

Yeah at this point they're perma-installs for me, two installs actually, one for FMs and one for building (well the trick where one .exe grabs all the content from the other install, so the 2nd is only like 30MB). Of course it's the FMs that really take up the space ... but computers these days have, yeah, like close to a terabyte so it's not such a big thing anymore.

He was too soft. A ZB typo or flub is an opportunity too important to go soft on. Especially the damn ThiefGen newbies always politely point them out and he innocently corrects himself. FFS does karma mean nothing anymore? The poor sobs don't know any better, but Al_B is no newbie.
*heavy sigh* fucking hell.

Except, y'know, I never jump on simple typos. Unless they're in thread titles. Or really funny.

That's a shame. I'm usually not one of the doomsayers but it really seems like TTLG is seeing less activity these days than it's ever has. Where did everybody go? :erg:
They discovered Facebook.

Oh this isn't real karma where it has to be fair... We just have to work with what we can get. Also it's "you know", you fag-rhino.

How dare you accuse me of being the common cold.

Whereas my post was dripping with implications. :ebil: I mean, Al_B's softness meant little when compared to the event itself. It couldnt have happened in a finer thread than this one. :p And besides, "certainly my favorite" are my trademark keywords for functional future instances. :)

Activity here has certainly been dropping over time, which is a real shame. My two main forum haunts over the last decade and a bit (here and the Retroremakes forums) are now shadows of their former selves in terms of activity. Hell Retroremakes doesn't even really cover remakes to as much of a degree anymore, which is quite sad.
Seems like alot of people have been off to the RPS forums + others.
