So these are the 10 plaster pieces I DID find - did anyone find the other two?
Plaster Pieces:
1) Backyard of the inn, first door on the left under a table
2) Behind barrels at the end of the walkway past the upper door into the guardhouse
3) In the first room of the Customs/Tax office, upper right cubby hole
4) High up in the rafters, second story of the building between the two bridges on the North end
5) In the Green Safe in the same room where you place the plaster pieces
6) In the secret room in Burke's Consulting office (the offices next to the Bookshop)
7) In the room unlocked after you give the man his bottle of wine (corner behind a chair)
8) In the Warehouse, in the right corner from where you enter behind crates/pipes.
9) In the first tiny room off the stairs in the Bookshop
10) Next to the coffin with the ghost corpse (have to use bottle of wine to get it)
Also, the optional objectives that I missed had something to do with:
1) A coin for an old crone?
2) Search the canals or channels?

Very simple - you've obviously gotten to the timed part. Hopefully you still have a save file right before then.
1) You already entered a code that revealed a passage under the bed
2) Before you go down there, go to the next room over with the fireplace. There is a box of matches on the floor next to it. Use them on the logs to start a fire.
3) Now go into the passage and grab the book
4) Back to the fireplace, and rather than "using" the book, you have to drop it in the fire. After a few seconds, a little burnt book should appear at the edge of the fire. That's all there is to that part.

ok need some help
cant enter the jail bars in that lower door down stairs,i have 10/15 objectives done, also 10/12 pieces to art piece,i think i need help on making key in that weird place with tons of keys? First off, the key you make has nothing to do with the gate door you mentioned - I never got that one open. But making the key is one of the final objectives.
I can give you some hints about the key first, and then outright directions:
HINTS:
1) You need the wax mold, which you need to use on a certain key, and you need to read a few specific readables.
2) When you first get to the key shop, not everything is ready to go - the machines need power.SPOILER:
1) You get the wax mold in the yard behind the inn, in the deposit room, in a purse on one of the shelves
2) There is a large building with three locked doors and three guards - a guard patrolling on the side, on the front, and standing at the front door) - this is a bank. There is a small house across from the front of the building - upstairs is a sleeping man. His key is on the bedside table. Use the wax mold there.
3) Head for the key shop - right before you get there, just around the corner, you might have already noticed a pickable gate with three valves inside, turn all three on.
4) Now go to the key shop - you need to pick up the two scrolls and envelope in the bottom right cubby hole. Read them.
5) Reading the scrolls allows you to take a blank key (two, actually) out of the lower left cubby hole.
6) Put the wax mold into the microscope and frob it - you'll see the code "1133"
7) Go to the cutting machine with the open hatch - Enter the code "1133"
NOTE: The readout will show "3311" - this is fine - there is a readable that explains this. Again, enter "1133" and the readout should show "3311"
8) Put the blank key in the highlighted rectangular vise and then pull the left lever - the hatch should close and you'll hear machine noise. When you open the hatch, you will get the key back and you SHOULD hear the objective tick off. If you get a key and it DOESN'T tick off, then you fails and should try again.
9) I believe this is the key to the bank, but it doesn't work on any door. I suppose it is intended for the "next mission"Let me know if you still have problems.
