FEAR 2, presumably.

I also can vouch for Guild Wars - which can also be played as a single player game if you feel like it. As a necromancer you can command a small army of undead minions. The duel classing system also lets you mix necromancy in with any other class, so you can play as any character type you want and still have access to the undead minions, or play as a necromancer and have access to the other skills/spells/combat abilities of another class of your choice.
A player-owned undead mob.

Unless there is another I'm not aware of, in which case I need a new hobby.

That's not necrophilia.

Maybe reverse necrophilia?

I'm fairly certain there were no corpses involved. I dunno if there's a word for the act, but that bit is closer to something from a Succubus story than anything.

Undying had a raise dead spell, if I remember correctly, but it's been a long long time since I've played it.

Classic Warcraft!
that is if you want to play as orcs....
and if you want to trudge through a very annoying interface.
Overall... .. yeah. maybe not.
If you want a challenge.. go for it.

I can't believe everyone says King's Bounty and no mention of HOMM? You can rule undead right off the bat.
And you can't say HOMM without saying Age of Whatever, I'm pretty sure it had a necro race too.
