I just tried Deadly Shadows... - by Blastfrog

I haven't played it since it first came out. For me it was a one-and-done, but it did have its moments (like The Cradle). I might be tempted to play it again, especially with the patch to get rid of the mission load zones, but I sold my copy. Maybe I'll pick it up cheap on Steam but I'm having enough fun with Dark Mod missions now.

One of the most hilarious havoc moments I had was actually unintended: When in the Pagan Mission to steal the Paw, there is a gear one floor above some pagans training/preparing for war...
That sounds absolutely hilarious! I always spend about a half hour on that part; I have to smash them all in one go. It's a challenge to get something intended to work and definitely a joy when the unintended works better than you could have imagined.

Haha ditto. That's exactly how I came to trying to use the barrel, because the gear never fell exactly like I wanted it to and it never got them all. But I never would have thought, that something would suddenly explode like a huge airbomb. :D

There are powder barrels in TDS; they have a small label right underneath the top lid. I believe it was one of those since they are the only ones you can carry around.

You're right. I've never noticed that before. :D
Now I've thrown one besides some pagans (just for some test purposes) and shot a fire arrow at it... killed them all. *lol*

Haha, I had something similar, when a guard ran into a stack of crates and the top crate fell down and crushed him. :D
The graphic engine makes for some great moments :p I remember when I got to the 2nd part of the citadel I constantly threw those vases in front of a Krushok. He was going insane, running all over the place :) I had a hard time with keeper Artemus when he talks to you in the keeper compound. I couldn´t resist throwing things at him (like books) but then the Objective always failed (I had to replay this part about 4 times  )

Physics engine, not graphics engine.

That happens when you write before thinking about it :nono:

Not a big deal. Happens. I'm sure, everyone still knew what you meant. ;)

Perhaps you should concentrate more on words and less on jamming your posts full of smilies.
