It costs a dollar, it has zombies, and you shoot them.
Its kinda like Geometry Wars, except the player (or players) are people killing off wave after wave of zombies, and a host of other very, very strange enemies. Its very over-the-top, and the music is hilarious.
Here, for those who want to see what its like, just take a look.

The song was great!
But it looks like there are too many zombies for me.

Wow, a "fresh take" on a tried and true arcade formula (Smash TV in this case), except now with neon strobing. WE'VE NEVER SEEN AN INDIE GAME LIKE THIS BEFORE.
I'll queue up a playthrough of this, right after I've beaten my highest scores on
Arkanoid Shatter and
Tower Defense PixelJunk Monsters. I must not forget to through in some
CLICHED INDIE PHYSICS GAME OF THE WEEK World of Goo action too.
(I'm taking the piss out of myself, obviously. But in all seriousness I'll download the trial and it give it a go, thanks for sharing.)

EDIT: Oh yay, the trial is fucking region locked to the USA. Hopefully my US gamertag will work.

That's a pretty sweet title, addictive too. Using prog garage rock jam sessions as a game soundtrack is not only an original idea, but it's a lot of fun to listen to. The control scheme really threw me at first, I'd never played a shooter that used the right analogue stick for firing.
Too bad that this game isn't available on my region's Marketplace, so thus I can't purchase it.

Look pretty fun, thanks.
Heh; when I saw the cat face flashing at 3:34 and beyond, I thought it was Shodan.

And yet you were the person who immediately saw the Smash TV reference. Weird.

I've never played Smash TV nor any clone of its gameplay, except for that one mission from GTA: Liberty City Stories (PS2) that parodies it.

So, it's basically robotron 2084 with zombies instead of robots?

Gets old after five minutes, but I'm sure you all saw that coming. I had 100 points collecting dust anyway. It'll be a nice conversation piece for when friends come over.
