If this were any other community, I would agree...but this is the Thief community and we DO have a responsibility to each other. We're keeping the spirit of this game alive. There is a slight selfishness coming through in Qck's attitude that really troubles me. I won it, it's mine...all mine. Maybe youth has something to do with that, I'm 33 now...so I don't feel the same possessiveness towards things as I once did. Something like this really should belong to the community. I think, this thread has shown quite enough of nice human originalities on all sides. I'd appreciate it being closed before it escalates further.
Qckbeam, I understand your feelings about some posts here. Anyway, I would be quite interested in reading the journal either, so I hope you still put it online among others for those remaining silent because they don't want to take part in this emotionally heated-up argument - but would be delighted about it, too.
If you don't want to host it, I could provide some webspace for it and I'm sure others would offer the same.
For those who still feel the need to kick up a breeze, I think it's time to shut up now - for you already got what you wanted so dearly - if you don't spoil it now.

Trust me, xxcoy. My finger is on the lock-thread button. But I've decided to leave it until tomorrow to see if things sort themselves out.
Of course if things don't sort themselves out by tomorrow and in fact get worse, I may find myself in a mood to be giving people some days off.
