Hey, everyone! So, basically, I have a Steam version of Thief, which has all my saves, along with another version, which I initially copied from the Steam folder. The copied version has the key binds that either myself, or TFix set. The Steam version doesn't. My question now is where can I find the key bind files in Thief and if I can transfer the binds from the non-Steam version, to the Steam version. Thanks a bunch!

not sure what are you trying to do, but whatever the origin of the game, it matters little once you patch up with TFix, as it will make all installs equal, making transferring any kind of files a child's play. also, it includes a bunch of extra binds, they can be loaded via the controls menu when ingame.

The problem I have is that the Steam version has the old Thief settings, while this separate, copied Thief has my preferred settings, mainly my key binds. I've downloaded Thief on my laptop and would like to know which file I need to copy/paste, so that I may get the binds from the copied version of Thief.

That would be user.bnd in the same directory where thief.exe is, if I remember well. If not, perhaps default.bnd

It's user.bnd - mine is copied from my T2.

Cheers, that sounds great! Unfortunately, I can not check that now, but I'll try it as soon as possible!
