Ok so we have HD mods for Thief TDP/Gold and for Thief 2, will there be a HD mod for System Shock 2 and also will there be a all in one patch for System Shock 2, just like TFix and Tafferpatcher.

With respect to modding SystemShock however, I would really recommend paying a visit to (
http://www.systemshock.org/)
You can spend days over there finding all sorts of mods.
Texture & sound upgrades, bug fixes, etc...
There is also SS2Tool which helps installing SystemShock, and which includes the latest NewDark already.
And various Mod Managers which help you handle the various mods.
So, there is not a single program to do it all, but with SS2Tool and one of the mod-managers you should be good to go.

if you install the 400 mod, SHTUP, Rebirth, Tacticool, hires space and a couple of other vurt's mods, you will pretty much get a HD version of SS2. (

SCP will bring in overhauled levels with better lighting and effects as well.
