If the Shalebridge Cradle were real I'd go in there.
They wouldn't attack me, they'd figure I was one of them. And if they did get hostile, I'd just pull out that photo of myself that I uploaded to our photo album here.
My costume cape is so cheap, I found it in the spring clearance rack at Big Lots.
I wore my Keeper's outfit to a strip club and the bouncer said, "Wrong night, and performers enter round back!"

Would this be the inspirational images?

Growing up, we had 3 Major Asylums within a 3 Mile Radius of our house. (Actually 2, but set over three distinct Campuses)
I had the oppertunity to explore most of them when they each closed. (Replaced with one Small "Secure Unit," within the grounds of one of them. The other patients released to "Care in the Community)
Put it this way those buildings are creepy enough without any Puppets running around.
I did have one freaky situation though which I posted on the Internet around about the time.

You have got to be kidding me the cradle in this world no way keep it in my memories and my nightmares if it does get into the real world suicide is the only option.

Having someplace like the cradle would be all cool for about a day until the reality of having a hellhole of undead monsters next door sank in. The excitement would quickly be replaced by fear as you realize you have to defend your life every day. Unless they just called in the army and bombed the crap out of it.

Hmmm, the Cradle might be a fun place to take a stroll in, sans the whole building as a malevolent entity populated by undead homicidal maniacs angle. There is some lovely architecture, but as it is I'm afraid I'd have to jump on the 'bomb the crap out of it' bandwagon.
Cobhc, you should watch the movie 'Session 9" if you haven't already. You'd probably enjoy it. I'd recommend the remake of 'House on Haunted Hill' also, but that one seems like a gimme.
Thanks for the link Jesse, that entire gallery is worth a look through, very beautiful in a slightly macabre way.

I don't think Puppets are able to leave the Cradle. You would be safe if you didn't enter.

Uhmm.... A haunted asylum near where you live, nothing inside would come out, and nothing outside would go in.
So... What's the point?
