I still like that one guy that voted FPS.
Prolly ZylonBane.

I was under the impression ZB refused to play the game.
I'll admit I did go all FPS on the zombies. I played through the first two games without knowing that flashbombs could damage them, so when I found that out while playing through T3 I decided to make up for lost time. Sweet, sweet revenge.

Seriously?
Hmmm....
I'm sure ZylonBane has played it by now. Why, I hear he even uses XP now!
:p

I played a bit of Thief 1 a few years back, but Thief DS on the XBox was my first proper Thief game. I like stealth games as a whole.

Ooops, I did what a couple others here did. The question and the poll are different. I knew when I bought TDS that my best chances of survival were stealth. Out of the 4 times I've played TDS through I've never drawn the dagger much less use it....

I haven't voted yet. I'm still waiting for the poll to be translated into English.

I played TDP when it came out, then I played TDS and now I'm replaying TDP, and it will be followed by TMA , T2X and TDS.

Ahahahahaha. So true I'm afraid, took me ages to figure out what I was voting on...

TDS was my first....errr.....game...ever. I do not include all that abe's odysseys and serious sams stuff, of course, as well as racing games that were a long-term sickness by that time :)
TDS was the first game that occupied me for a very long time. I had no skills in playing any game at all then. So maybe that was why it wasn't hard for me to understand how I should play it as soon as I read the briefing and saw the inventory items... Besides, there's The Training Mission.... My experience in playing other games didn't bother me, for I didn't have one :cheeky: . Besides, it turn out to be exactly the way I wanted to play it. And that is, I guess, the main reason of my inability to play some other games with a similar enthusiasm. I got used to this style, and it sorta became hard to think different :)
P.S.
Damn! All this going back in time & remembering makes me go through T1 and T2 again (Playing TDS for the 4th time, I guiess, is out of question...)
