Also, my Spanish is waaaaay far from being perfect, but from what I understood in a few Spanish forums I looked at, folks there are unsure if it is sold anywhere. If anyone can point me to where can I buy one, drop me a PM, please :)

Those are easier to access, but they won't wallpaper a desktop. If we could find images that are 200% larger, then we're talkin'. Regardless, it's a good find, CheeseshireCat!
