I think I would definately have to say the cheat codes are what I would want. I think a little GOD, ALL AMMO, and ALL ENERGY would be in order.
But if I had to choose an actual item it would be that nifty bullpup .308 with 20mm under it. That would be fun. HEHE

Now that I think about it nano-tech would be nice. It has a lot of real world applications, for making ant-virus's to making quantum computer, hell you could even use it to build self replicating nano-machines that could build any thing out of thin air. (By use the different partials in the air and manipulating them to make new elements) It would be like that star-track thing that makes food.

I would go for the Dragon's Tooth Sword. For someone who took lessons in fencing for a few years, that blade would be w00t. Or maybe I would just waste my pick on the choco-lent dream candy bar, just to see what 85% recycled material tastes like. :p
