You didn't specify whether you meant singleplayer only so I'd like to suggest Team Fortress 2. It's just so silly and cartoonish that I can't help but laugh at the shenanigans that goes on in that game.

The wizard/imp thingie in Sacrifice is extremely entertaining. Just one of the many reasons why it is one of the best games ever made.
