Interesting questionnaire I found on SUF.
(

Interesting because it phrases "questions" in such a way that makes you think about just what the fuck do you play them RPGs for.

It seems a bit flawed. My main motivation when playing almost any game is to see what happens next, both in terms of the story, and discovering new areas, gameplay etc. I don't level up my character so he can shoot fireballs because I have some deep psychological love of flames. I do it to see what it's like, and because in the context of the game, I believe it will make it easier for me to progress to new content.
The closest match on that questionnaire is "To seek and enjoy sensuous impressions such as pleasurable sights" but that doesn't really cover it.

The inherent problem with multi-choice questionnaires is that when polling something with potentially endless answers, you have to put words in people's mouths and what you get out at the end isn't likely to be an accurate picture of things.

Who's going to answer "very important" to "To surrender. To comply and accept punishment. To apologize, confess, atone. To admit inferiority, error, wrong-doing or defeat. "?

I wouldn't, but have you played this game called Planescape: Torment?
