"Temple of Death" updated to New dark:

New changes:
-Fixed misaligned brushes and textures
-changed the 4 bosses skin colors
-readables fixed by Fortuni
-Ambient volume sound increased
-Light quality improved.

NOTE BEFORE PLAYING!!!: YOU need to disable the EP, simply rename it epbak.crf, then remove the bak bit afterwards.

Grab it now while its hot

Cardia, great work, but I really urge you to post updates in the (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=113772&highlight=Temple+of+Death) Temple of Death thread.
It's unnecessary to create 3 new threads for every new version of your mission. But (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1593902#post1593902) I wrote that before.
Take a look at how Sensut announces a mission update in the Elizabeth Bathory thread, for example.

Personally, unless the word "update" or "new version" or something similiar is in the title of the first post, I won't know if there is a newer version or not. Unless I know there is something new to download or I am needing help with an FM, I don't even open threads I have already downloaded from. Especially now that I have to visit the forums to find all the newest FMs instead of having one convenient place to download them from.

In fact, I didn't know there was an updated version of Elizabeth Bathory until I read it here!!!

I really really really don't like updates. Not that I don't want the update, but I just wish all authors would test longer and more thoroughly so there would be no need for updates.

You do have a point but sometimes errors can slip through the best beta team. When I released Folly of Youth it had been tested to death and yet nobody had been struck down by a fundamental bug that affected a lot of players and rendered the level unfinishable (ooh new word I just invented). So it does depend on the circumstances; I agree if the change is due to sloppiness, otherwise not.

I'm not interested which applies here btw (b4 someone takes this the wrong way).
