I don't have a full walkthrough written but I do have some notes and a list of keys and where they're found. I've emailed it to you and I hope it's enough to get you back on track. :)

I think this mission is quite good. An very important share of its goodness comes from the story, imho.
Most of the people here won't talk any german at all which makes them waste
an important part of the atmosphere.
I'm german and could translate the readables/signs/keys etc. into english, problem is I don't have time to learn about those fanmission-files inner workings.
But if anybody would send me the texts only (somehow extracted from those zipfiles), I could be back with a translation in quite a short time.

That's a very generous offer but it's already been translated into English by Dinksmallwood. :)

Outlooker, you could ask the community at (
http://board.ttlg.de) instead, if there is a need of such service for the other missions currently in development.
Alternatively, there is a bunch of missions not translated into German yet, too. You could do that instead. There are still some german players, who aren't familiar enough with the English language to play/understand those missions, which would greatly appreciate that service.

Well, I would say the majority of fm's is not available in german - that would be an insane amount of work (600+ fm's ?) - no thank you. In my opinion EVERYBODY on the world should be able to at least understand english - it's the most important language and not that hard to learn.
I don't think everything should always be translated - many meanings are not translatable, for example in Terry Pratchets discworld books are many things that are not translatable in its full beauty (a weapon there is named peacemaker; in translation, the sub-meaning as spoken english "piecemaker" is completely lost).
Not everybody has to be translated in any minor language - fm translation to czech or kimbuktu-spoken dialects would go too far, the time for such things should rather be spend to build more and better fm's imho.
However, if there is anything to translate from german to english, be it fm or walkthrough/lootlist - count me in.

How do I get to the sewers? I've been through the police station, hotel (nothing there worth seeing) and the various little houses around. The only way I see to get to Andre's is via the wall (although it's hit or miss whether you can jump from the tree). I only have the cell and 'house' key.

There is a manhole near the tavern, which can be opened.

I'm enjoying this FM tremendously! Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the
switch or button that opens the secret door in the burricks' pen. I frobbed the button under the shelf in the vault, but nothing happened with the door in question.
The book is my last objective other than getting back to where I started.
Help, please?
Thanks.

Thanks SS. All objectives completed except for returning to the start area (and the 'no kill' & the 'don't blackjack more than 5 people which I assume will check off once the FM ends). I've returned to the area where I left Carlos, but nothing's happening. I've run all over the place several times & then returned but the mission just won't end! What am I missing?
