This is insanely hard to do since the readables have alot of typos.
Very easy to explain: The letters ä, ö, ß and ü are no recognised by Thief so you have to use ASCII-Code. I have used the str- converter created by MadBull.

If you're wanting a more speedy translation I would ask someone who is more fluent in german and english to put you meaning to notepad... I'm fluent in English, obviously, and I know alot of german but this is just
really hard to do.
Sure, no problem. I know my texts are not easy to understand. Thanks for your try.
About the title: I was searching for an "international" title, neither english nor german. Latin is a good compromise. the meaning can be found in the link which was posted earlier.
@ sinistershadow: Well, ähm, yes, a very nice question. The next, please...
@ sluggs: because ttlg.de was down, the download area is still missing. So you can´t download the map.
Bye

Just wait for the translation. It´s almost finished (thanks to Dinksmallwood) and will be uploaded at thiefmissions.com. Just be patient and relax.

Dear taffers all over the world!
I finally uploaded my mission at thiefmissions.com. I hope Epithumia will provide the download as fast as possible.
Some words of advice:
- The Mission only functions with Darkloader 4.2.
- If the Mission crashes at the beginning just delete the video file. (I have no idea why this file seldom makes problems because I used the same codec as Thief).
- The entrance to Lord Andre´s house in the sewers can be overlooked very easily.
I have to say thanks to:
MH.TheFreak - for finishing the work on my map.
Meril – his great paintings.
Dinky and Nightwalker – wonderful translations.
The Betatesters – thanks, thanks, thanks!
Sluggs, Schwaa, Yandros, Targa, Vigil and Nameless Voice for the beautiful new textures and objects.
All the nice people from the
ttlg.de - Forum.
Mozart and Beethoven – there is no better inspiration than music.
And finally the
GEZ– I love you guys; you are the reason why I love Germany.
I hope you will enjoy the map as much as the german players. And that no bug will ever cross your way!
cheers
Dainem
P.S. Some nice screenshots can be seen (

Hey, I just downloaded it and all the objectives and mission resource texts are still in German.
Was the correct (English) version uploaded?
This the link I followed for the download:
(
http://www.thiefmissions.com/info.cgi?m=InDubioProGarrett)
P.S. Using Darkloader 4.2 as well ...
UPDATE: ***** FALSE ALARM *****
Sorry, this was my stupid user error. I had actually downloaded the earlier German version for safe keeping (in case the translation never came out). So when I went to play the newly downloaded version I installed that older one instead. When I realized my mistake I reinstalled the newly downloaded mission and it is in English. Sorry for the false alarm.

Hmmm... I have Lucretia's key, but I can't find the door to use it on. The locked door in the hotel doesn't open with lockpicks or any key.
Can anyone help? Thanks

This is NOT, I repeat: NOT a french fanmission.
You needn't say, because if it were in french only, even then I would notice that this is german:P. You know, feels a bit boxy, and a bit cold, and industrial.. Typical german "design".
