Turns out that the vault key is either only on the dresser on hard/expert, or my game on 'Normal' is fubared, 'cause there's definitely no key on any of Andre's dressers. I made a dash there on Hard, and the key's sitting on the table. Either a bug, or the key's in a different place on Normal

That is strange

i have big problem i have darkloader 4.2 i have ace mega codec pack 6.03 instaled and mission crashes after i hit continue on the objective screen what to do ?? plz HELP

1st make sure, you're not already have got it in your inventory. I know, that sounds silly, but I've had someone swearing, that she checked if her pretended defective fridge is plugged in, and when I checked that again it was not :tsktsk:
2nd check the sourrounding. Sometimes little objects get blown away by e.g. explosions nearby.
3rd try to restart the mission and directly go checking the location
4th if you still can't find it, drop me a line -- @Dainem: you know, to what consequence that leads to, don't you? :sly: :ebil:

Definitely not in my inventory. I've checked the floor and area, and can't find it if it has been blown away. I did a mad dash there on normal in a new game, and it's back. So it's all good anyway. No idea where it went.
Now I'm in the same position as donkay. I can't find that book!
