Where can i find all the dialogs said in THIEF II or atleast the main ones.. Or lets say the in-game script for it..

Do you mean the Thief II cutscenes? Someone no longer of this place sailoreagle had definitely transcribed them at some stage and put them up .. uh .. somewhere that may no longer exist. At least I'm pretty sure I read that wacky "Sanguine Metal Dawn" poem (probably the series' best writing) courtesy of her.
Sorry that's not much help, but it might be a start.

Try looking in the Essential Reading from Thief General Discussion thread. There's a link to the dialogue from the cut scenes, but I don't recall seeing anything for the in-game dialogue.

alright then i'll shoot exactly where i need to know the dialogs.. When we are hearing sherif's conversation outside the stupid door.. that part :)
and i did'nt find the written dialogs even for the cutscenes at the essential thread thingy..

i tried that before but maybe the .txt file did'nt load completly the first time .. thanks i may use this laterz, but as nobody can find me the dialogs transcript can you or someone else too can explain what just happend?? there when i was listening at the door??
