I voted for a new adventure with Garrett but I'm curious - would any of you like to play a "nameless" thief? That is, rather than play the role of Garrett, per se, simply play a professional thief in the Thief setting - with the option of being male or female, customized to your liking, essentially your own character. For instance, theBlackman might take on the role of Mr. Feight if he so desires. Would anyone find that intriguing?

Garrett for me. He is the series' signature character with a special charm, not to mention the fantastic voice acting provided by Stephen Russell. A Thief game with a protagonist other than Garrett would ruin the adventure for me.

I want T4 to have a first-person view. In first-person, you'll hardly ever see your character model anyway, so being able to customize your character's appearance seems rather pointless.
I like playing as Garrett, because he's a fascinating, memorable and lifelike character. Playing as some generic Mr. Nobody wouldn't feel the same at all.

I like Garrett's story and history with The City, and Mr. Generic would have no such thing. All objectives would become generic, all character-specific and story-driven elements would become generic. No thanks. Once again, I would really rather the devs. worked on a Thief game, not a game with a thief who steals stuff.
Getting the SDK/Editor will enable other names and faces in FMs.
