The easiest way is with NVMetaTrap
Download and install NVScript if necessary.
Edit the door's properties. Add S > Scripts. Script 0: NVMetaTrap. Leave the other fields empty. Don't Inherit: False.
Add Editor > Design Note:
NVMetaTrapMeta="FrobInert"; NVMetaTrapOn="DoorOpen"
The metaprop will only be added if the door fully opens, so if something blocks it, the player won't be stuck and can try again.

Of course, there should also be some obvious reason WHY the door can be opened but not closed.

Great idea! I'm going to make a mission with a wizard who goes around shooting things with his wand, making them frobinert. Try to get all the loot before you can't frob it!

In fact it was an object with door properties. For example: Garrett pushed cupboard.
