This is really bugging me... I have been unsuccessful in finding out just why my character (lvl 19) can constantly "walk on water".. I don't have a water walking spell active, so it doesn't make sense. BUG!!!:weird: All I can think of is that a mod is screwing with the game.... I did try a new game recently and tested it out with a new char, and she was able to go in the water just fine. No problems at all. This is really strange!:o Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you didn't inadvertantly put on some enchanted boots, did you?

There's a bug associated with the Sell 'n Sail and Fishing Academy mod (any of the ship mods, really) which can give youa permanent walk on water effect. It's most likely some conflict with a mod.

I'd personally love a walk on water permanant-effect, all because of those damned slaughterfish

Aha! Thanks, it must be the Fishing Academy then.. I have that. OR, its the Galleon Mod ... I have both activated so they could be conflicting with each other... But then again, I'm thinking it might be a newly added mod that screwed up the game... Its just really weird.:weird:

I enchanted a ring to give me a constant water-walking effect. I'm pretty sure I've walked from the mainland to Solstheim at least once.

Weird thing - I used scroll of icarian flight to get from solstheim to Vvardenfell, and when I landed in the water, I had at least 20 slaughterfish all at once after me. They must have been following me since the take-off.

Those slaughterfishies did that to me too, but I had god-mode, so I slew them all and ate thier innards! (I was lever 2 and decided to go for a jaunt to see what Solstheim looked like) :erm:
