Frankly said those water tests are a bit risky. Yes, it has improved resistance against water and dust, making it a good outdoor phone, but the manufacturer doesn't recommend to push your luck by sinking it into water. Those dudes are gambling with their warranties.

And Rogue, I really don't care what you want to whine about Java phones or the delightfully hyperbolic 'gayphone' (you are the only person I've
ever seen call it that, by the way). I don't like Nokia's UI design philosophy any more and my last few Sony Ericssons were increasingly overdeveloped, undertested piles of crap, whereas the iPhone does what I want it to do and does it well. At the end of the day that's all that matters to me.
