Is COSAS still being worked on?

Is the Circle of Stone and Shadow series still being worked on? I know it's been a long time since there has been an update, but has there been any word from the creators about the 3rd mission getting any progress, even if it is slow?

No. It's been abandoned and won't be finished.

I was always thinking for a long time that I would pick up the mantle and make some mission with the released levels to give closure to COSAS. However, after learning Dromed I know that it would be a time consuming process to think of a good fitting mission to set here, even though most of the architectural work has been done. Not to mention I want to release something worthy of the COSAS series if I ever make a mission on these maps.
