You'd rather he was assexual or gay then? I'm not really bothered either way but having I like to be able to associate with a character I'm playing to some degree, and as the majority of men are heterosexual and have sexual motivations there is little reason to make him different just for the sake of it. If the plot called for it then fine but since it's really about balance and so on that would be a bit of an unneccesary departure in my mind.

Carrying an adult man´s body on your back while escaping a maximum security prison filled with crazed hammerites, ONLY for the sake of a 'thanks' instead of money doesn´t scream "I´m completely not interested in women" to me.

Yes, Gambit, you are correct. And we never hear about Garrett being motivated by the mere POSSIBILITY of sex again, or sex at all. But that doesn't stop so many from wanting Garrett to get it on with a cripsy female non-human.

I think he´s certainly not the woman chaser tipe. He may like them but he doesn´t want comitment, romance, bonding, marriage, absolutely no ties.
But if a situation is present where he can get a simple nice Don Juan date, with no calling back, he wouldn´t be against it.
(And for all the trouble of Cragscleft I always imagine Basso´s sister was the Angelina Jolie of his time).
But it´s indeniable there was some tension between him and Viktoria. Both were strong and independent, they didn´t want to be tied to each other but a lot of respect started growing between them.

And I can agree with respect between Garrett and Viki, as I have before, but I cannot see any evidence of sexual tension. Repressed vengeance, swallowing of pride, a staving off of hostilities. But as the one watching the cutscenes, I can feel drawn to the sexy qualities she represents.

Sorry, I wanted to say Tension as in Strong Emotional Feeling, a mix of hate and admiration. Not exactly a sexual tension.
Althought even with hatred for her mutilation act he still had one eye to obverse the obvious fact that she wash very beautiful anyway. :laff:

Hey, he got to see her plenty when she looked human, but I have no problem with the idea that he found her silhouette disarming, but the memory of her pulling her limb back through the chests of the two dead Mechanists was fresh, and in case the player forgot, they showed the close-up of one's face rotting and becoming plant and insect food.:cheeky:
