A family member sent this to me through e-mail....
"A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle.
For example: If she is ovulating, she is attracted to men with rugged and masculine features.
However, if she is menstruating, or menopausal, she tends to prefer a man with scissors lodged in his temple and a bat jammed up his ass while he is on fire."
Further studies in this area have been cancelled.

Since Garret wears wooden clogs, judging by the sound of his footsteps, the water just collects in them instead of running onto the floor. :laff:

There was a whole thread on "Garret's Magical Equipment" or something along the lines of that, where everyone was goin on about names for G's stuff, like the kneepads of levitation...just to describe the various blunders...like the door frobbing from 10 feet away.

I saw that one, it was hilarious. I vote to add that he also wears some sort of instant dry shoes. One click of your heels and we guarantee you're dried, pressed and ready to go.

Wet T-shirt is the least of Garrett's problems if he gets submerged. One might guess that the gold loot might be little heavy. Would be fun if Thief would comment the death like some old Space Quest -game:
"Mission Failed due drowning at the bottom of the ocean. As you are pushed agains the seafloor you learn not to swim while 1250 loot in heavy gold in your pockets. Better luck next time..."

On a more serious note (well, perhaps only slightly :angel: ) thieves of the city are different to thieves of today. And Garrett certainly knows how to shave. He is GARRETT after all ;)
