...which makes it sound like it IS an official release from (http://www.segaforums.com/psoarchive/) PSO - no mention of Eidos, which I imagine has the the power to ignore, endorse, or serve a C&D at the end of the day. I suspect the sega source doesn't have the story straight...?

A little confused here - as far as I can tell, neither PSO or SegaForums is an official site, they are fan sites. Not to mention that they are talking about the Dreamcast Beta versions of T2 and SS2, not any kind of source code for either game.

I'm surprised there's still such a following for the Dreamcast, although I guess I shouldn't be. That game Shenmue just blew my mind. The characters looked so amazingly lifelike. I've still got a DC in the closet.
