It seems for me (or any german taffer) that southquarter.com is unreachable.
With the Firefox browser opens that window:

https://up.picr.de/40821980ub.png and in the adress line a symbol show while I move mouse over it: "Connection not safe".
With the Maxthon browser a white blank screen appears and the wanted link changes from itself to "http://www.southquarter.com/?z" no matter what was the link before.
Have the site any special port?

Sorry guys, I tried to move the site to a free hosting service, but they suspended me for too much traffic, which I find hard to believe. Currently looking into other options.
