Hey, take it easy on the poor kid. It's obvious that he has no parents, or at least any that care about him. He's a street kid, an orphan, just trying to get by in a violent world, keep his stomache full, and to stay out of the way the waring Triads. Sure, he may be a little rough around the edges, but you've got to be tough to survive in a society like that.

I don't know, I really like Louis Pan. He's so cute when he says, "I know the Dragon Head!" I figure his rude behavior was due to the lack of adequate role models, so one time I stunned him and took him him to Gary Savage.

Hmm... he's not staying out of the TRiads' way, he's working as a hustler for the Luminous Path. As to why I found him annoying, being threatened with "I will say you are a spy, and they will kill you!" always has a negative effect on me. So, I tranqed him.

I actually follow him sometimes and listen to the conversation beteen him and the chick. In other words, I don't find him annoying. I reserve my apathy for those that actually deserve it; MIB, MJ12, UNATCO, and greasy greasy greasels. I like kids - even the bratty ones (cuz I was one too).
