This series is a must play. Make sure you play the sequel too... Black Frog. Both are on my all time favorites list.

The first mission is decent but unremarkable. The rest of the series are excellent.

I can only vouch for The Black Frog, as I have yet to play the four L'Arsene missions. But since it's the same author, I would highly recommend anything by Gaetane!

A very good set of FMs, which culminates in the excellent Black Frog. I strongly recommend playing the whole set.
