I dont mean to ask stupid questions, but Im playing through Thief 3 again but really dont fancy playing the Shalebridge Cradle level again, I very much dont enjoy scary games and I know how that level is from the first time I played!
So anyone know of a level skip so I can just whiz-past the Cradle?

I said the same thing in the other thread. You have to use someone elses savegame such as MrWynds at the top of the TDS area.

You want to skip the one level that many people consider to be the only reason to play TDS at all?

The Cradle is creepy, very creepy, but get some balls and play the mission.

I've played the level before. I didnt enjoy it.
And thus I didnt want to play it again as I didnt enjoy it. That makes sense, no?
And I liked Thief 3 actually, just one or two things I didnt like, so that one specific level/mission didnt stand out for me aside for being unpleasantly scary.

Ahhhhh. This takes me back to my first ever expreience with a haunted Thief mission. I was bloody scared of the Bonehoard mission when I played it for the first time. At the start i walked up to the zombie lying on the floor to see what happens. I nearly shat myself when it jumped up! My mouse which controlled the view went all over the place and I died almost immediately. :D
It took me months to complete Return to the Cathedral mission. Bloody scary I thought to myself. But these days when I go back to these haunted missions it merely gives me the heebeejeebees. Reason being I got used to it.
So the point of my waffling TR Wolf is that the more you play Thief, the more you will get used to the scary missions. TRUST me I thought I will never get used to the scary missions but I eventually did.
The Cradle calls you TR Wolf...... *evil laugh* :ebil:
