Do you just mean how to take a screenshot in game? Push F10 + Alt then look in your Thief game folder for something titled like this (though the number will change with each screenshot you have in your folder, of course): dump001.pcx.

Or just just the botton tilted Print Scrn. It'll copy the image of everything on your screen. Than open a pain program and paste it in;)
