No, a new attachment on the archetype will not update objects already created. If it's just a new or changed property, you can do so via the highlight commands, but if it requires creating a new particle or other object to be attached, you can't.

Gotcha on the attached objects. While I have you on the phone, what do you mean highlight command? How does this update all if a property is changed?
Also, I created a awesome downward corona on the spotlight source (vhot1) on my light object. There's a attached spotlight hacklight to other side of my lamp (vhot4). BUT I can't seem to get a corona to work on that hacklight. The corona for the left works because it's added to light object thus automatically appearing at vhot1 but adding corona to hacklight is not working. I don't know why. I hope I can add a property to hacklight so I can see it. "Detail Attached Proxy" doesn't work.

The attached corona might not show because hacklights are not rendered.
If you make the hacklight rendered, and you then see the corona, you could make a new object with a fully transparent texture/material, and assign that model to your hacklight(s). Remember to use Render > Transparency (Alpha): 1.

No need that, just "Render -->Render Type: Corona only"

now I'm getting crashes wtf? Loaded earlier save and repeated property changes, this time no crash. New issue belowInline Image:
http://i.imgur.com/zJeetdE.pngI set it up. It is attached to my tall street light.
To refresh I deleted all of my street lights to start placing the new version in my hierarchy but.. now I crash as I go into game mode. It places and portilizes fine.

I don't know, I went back to a early save just before messing with coronas. I deleted all streetlights, setup the corona on streetlight object, and attached hacklight. No crash this time. I was first wondering if it's because rendered coronas were overlapping. I don't know because I still haven't had them render at same time

https://cdn1.iconfinder.com/data/icons/musthave/16/Stock%20Index%20Down.pngMy new issue is that the hacklight corona blinks on and off as I move under it, or flickers rather, disappearing completely in one step, coming back completely in the second step.
Screenshot below shows left (vhot1 default render on main streetlight object) fading in nicely. The right is missing as it doesn't fade in but flickers and at this screen it's not showing.

Try that: Marker with corona property (less light) and Detail attached proxy proprtey, and link with detailattachment to the hacklight. [and render type only corona]

To push a change to a property on an archetype out to all concrete instances, you should
highlight > objs by archetype and type in the archetype name, and all instances of it should turn blue in wireframe views. Then,
highlight > Remove Property and enter the name of the property (you need the actual internal name, get it (
http://dromed.whoopdedo.org/dromed/property/index) here), and then do
highlight > Add Property and do the same. This removes it from all the instances, then adds it back, copying it from the archetype (which will be the updated property).
