@Le MAlin 76
You mean an additional marker added just for my corona? Because my hacklight is a marker. I don't know what diff that will make. The vhots in both lamp shades are in the right place and consistent, but I may play around with that. I imagine disappearing like it does is sort of being behind something. I will keep at it. It seems so straight forward I don't know why it's giving me hell.
Attaching additional marker with corona only and corona settings did nothing, no corona showed.
@Yandros, ahh thank you for that.

WOW so the hacklight--> Spotlight is has the shape of a shovel object that's hidden. Let it be known that this will block coronas. This is why it worked when looking at it at certain angles by a matter of a few steps. I replaced "shape" model name with some name that doesn't exist, ie making it a wedge, it was up and higher than light and not blocking normal smooth corona view. So odd. I have more to do, I can't keep it this way as when I move the main streetlight the wedge goes "marker" and then there's no corona again.
Oh and that error came back from above. I managed to still get in game and my original corona was a white box that hosed my framerate. I think this is a bug of newdark because while I have a lot of HD textures I still only have one little area built. If it ran out of texture memory this early we have a bigger issue. I am sure all I have to do is go to early save and go straight away to the latest settings that worked for my shovel issue.

To push a change to a property on an archetype out to all concrete instances, you should...
...use the new Hierarchy Op button built into the object hierarchy dialog.

Yandros giggles like a little girl.
:eek: That is awesome!

You didn't know about that? AFAIK it's been in NewDark since the first release.
Yandros on 16/9/2014 at 00:27
No, sadly I had missed it.

It's been a huge time-saver on SCP (Shock Community Patch), since so much of it is fixing up properties on concrete objects. Like, every single light fixture of a certain type being set to render Unlit for no reason. Ugh.

Too bad it doesn't work with links. If you add a link to the archetype, it would be nice to be able to push that down to descendants.
