Are there any problems with Thief 1 and 2 running on an 8600GTS (I plan on upgrading from a 6600 to that) and their latest XP drivers?
I plan on getting back into level editing in Thief 2 (also 1) and was hoping that there aren't any major problems with this video card that will prevent me from running Thief2 games and DromEd.
I did have problems before where I'd run Thief 1 and it crashes to the desktop. It happens mainly when I have ThiefLoader load fan missions, like Calendra's Cistern (miss playing that, haven't played it in YEARS).

As far as I know, the 8xxx cards do not support dithering in Thief 2, so it will look ugly (similar to Thief 1). There have been a lot of complaints about these cards recently. With my older 6xxx card I get dithering on terrain brushes, but not on objects.
