US military is the largest employer in the world by quite a margin, about 50% larger then it's closest rivals (Chinese military, some chinese corp, Walmart, McDonalds). Pretty sure they've got a few nutters in there somewhere, dethtoll.
It's worse than that: (

The Army also had a guy who became a Sons of Silence patch holder in Idaho, and was able to get away with it for some time....and there's a few guys who I've met that are in a local Sons of Silence support club and on active duty.

First, part of that is simply an exagerration on your part because I disagree with your liberal views. Second, a lot of the things that you called me "crazy" for have now been confirmed as true due to recent leaks....and finally, there's a good reason a lot of people come out of military service, intelligence work, or high level government jobs with "crazy" viewpoints.
Other people here disagree with my views and they don't have ludicrously tinfoil hat viewpoints. Maybe ludicrious (Subjeff) but not tinfoil hat. The entire rest of this is you doing the same old thing I started making fun of you for in the first place years ago: "I know lots of behind-the-scenes political stuff but
I can't tell you 'cuz I'd have to kill you, muahahahaha!!!!"
That LaffyTaffy420 person has one post and I can tell you they're already funnier and contribute more to the forum than you do.

A LotOf That WaS Because It Was Guaranteed To Irritate Youm
In All Seriousness, You Do not need To Have High Level Access To Reach The Conclusion ThatMost Of Governmen OnlyServes Self interest, regardless of whatever noble language they spout off You also do not need high level access to realize thatjust about everything the government says about war is completely untrue. What the press said almost neverhad any relation to the reality on the ground...and if you lie about the small pathologically the same is prob. true of the big things.
Aplso, i have been in a position to hear some things through the grapevine.....i will not discuss details in person but the bottomline is that the government appears to be preparing for some kind of mass casualty event.

Except I'm not talking about realizing the government is insane. (
http://informationliberation.com/?id=34293) Journalists are well aware.
I'm talking about your tendency (though you do it less since I've started poking at you for it, admittedly) to make bold claims then refuse to back it up on the basis of "it's a secret." Sometimes you don't even do that. You just say "look it up yourself," which is way more irritating.
Though, okay. I will grant, you don't do that half as much as you used to. Now you just resort to just being butthurt because I said something mean to you ages ago and you're powerless to punish me for bruising your ego. I'm not sure that's better, but it sure is funnier.
Also, did your phone's spell checker stop working?

I got lots of PMS from people who said you wear socks with sandals

When I say to "look it up yourself" it's usually because it's so obvious that even a baboon could do it with a Google Search, and/or because I know that you'll automatically dismiss it just because I say it.
Second thing, some of that is, again, to protect identities of people who've had conversations with me...so I will not discuss them over any electronic medium. That's also always been the case because for anyone with the slightest background in the field it's reasonable to assume that SOMEONE is monitoring any electronic communications you perform unless you do so over a secure network like TOR or SIPRNET. While the program name wasn't known, the fact that the US government is scooping up internet data has been widely known for years prior to the revelations and even know the capabilities of their programs are far more sophisticated than anyone believes. For example, we were told that if we got separated and we had a cellphone (either government or a locally purchased one) on us that we should make every effort to keep it near us, as they could locate us to within 2M even when the phone was off....and that's on the relatively crappy Afghan cell infrastructure. Their capabilities are much greater domestically.
The other part of it is that, as was previously discussed, almost anything other than PR is classified which meant that while overseas there was very little going on that I actually could discuss.....Even things like where you are located were not supposed to be mentioned publicly because of the fear that social media would allow them to get pictures from inside the base.
