Traitor.
So far, the game is good fun. Most of the levels have a unique and interesting "gimmick" that gives them a unique personality, such as a planet with a really short day/night cycle, where you have to defend against hordes during the night and then go out and attack during the day.
I'm a bit annoyed that I have to enter my Battle.net password every time I start the game when I'm only interested in the singleplayer at the moment, though.

I'm having a blast so far, and it strikes me that you collect resources -slightly- faster than I remember, which makes building structures and units, not to mention upgrading, a bit less of a bog...also, mercenary units FTW!
:D
Loving it so far, and yes, it's StarCraft through and through.

Same here! The graphics are great, especially the between mission characters.
I don't
think resource collecting is faster, they just put a lot of resource pickups on the campaign maps. Harvesters collect at 5 per trip instead of SC's 8 but I think they harvest a bit faster so it should be about the same as the first game.
Achievements add surprisingly a lot to this game IMO. I'll have to go through on hard and brutal to get them all.

Ok lads, 'fess up: favorite new units?
Still too early to say, but I do like the Marauders so far (heh....only new unit I've played with so far ;)).
w00t!
Also, you think that with such BIG suits that the Firebats and Marauders have they'd stand a better chance against smaller zergs?
Sheesh....

On a side note, despite Starcraft being my favorite game of all times, I've become so disillusioned with Blizzard that I can't really be arsed even pirating the game, let alone buying it. Between the price gouging, lack of a demo, removal of LAN play and the probable delay of at least 6 months between the release of the 3 campaigns, it's just too much for me to stomach. :(
That's pretty cold bro. Incidentally, you do have Half Life 2 and Episodes right?

Nice try.

Just finished the campaign. It was mostly very good but I felt there were too many missions with time limits. It could have been better IMO if most time limits had just an impact on mission rewards. I like to take my time and sharpen my tactics in sinlge player not rush through otherwise very interesting missions.
Gameplay is excellent but I would have liked some basic formations. It's somewhat annoying when your battlecruisers gather into one big blob and give area damage units a golden opportunity.

Red alert. How many missions with time limits exactly?
