One thing, I'm with Stitch on the muzzle issue. His profile gets a little too round without one, imo. I've a sketch of when you tried with it, and I think it improves his looks without taking away too much of the simplistic style - especially if it only would show up in extreme profile (80°-110°).

OnionBob, Thom is a very cute character and has great potential. Although I am looking forward to the draft that you are going to post on this thread, I can't imagine him being in a story for some reason. At first glance, he seems to belong more on the cover of a notebook or on a keychain.

that cool mang. and yeah i'm thinking of all sorts of harmless stealth inside jokes or bits of gentle provocation (like the fact that the thom in space picture shows him wearing a soviet space suit rather than an american one), perhaps a baxel t-shirt or a fly with shades on or something (SHADES FLY)
