Jack Thompson, that is - (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/10/01/jack_thompson_sues_facebook/) suing facebook to the tune of $120m. Naturally, this is due to the distress caused by user created groups such as:

This is the first time I EVER heard of that guy. You're sure it's not just a publicity stunt so people who don't really give a fuck about him or don't care to know who he is, find out about his ugly face and the state it's in?

Anyway, I don't have a 2600 but I'll gladly give up my NES for entertainment.

In fact think how awesome it would be if tomorrow 100 or so people confronted him on the street and threw at him ataris/nes'/snes'/etc.
