An impressive list, eh, Dude. :)
Elevator Mission T2 is for Thief 2 not Thief Gold BTW.
I downloaded and played the original Elevator for Thief Gold, but it must have been a fixed version as in the past people have reported that saving and loading doesn't work and Garrett is invincible.
I couldn't get Ochiru to work. The zombies are in the 'start' position with their arms sticking out. Only when i get down there, albeit dead, do they start moving.
Makiko was fun, i managed to kill i think 3 AI, but then i run out of weapons. :erg:
The Killing of Timer was hard, but i managed to make it though. :D

:weird: How did I manage that. I've changed it now.
Ochiru always worked OK for me? But finishing it is I think more luck than skill.
Makiko I just found so dull. I manged to kill a couple of AI but ..... :grr:
I have no idea how anyone can finish the Killing of Timer. What's the trick? How can you kill Bugbeast for instance without taking severe damage? There must be something I am missing.

What Lightningline said. Deal with the bugbeast first before dealing with the crayman. Good luck. :cheeky:

I've always loved JIS missions for their uniqueness and sense of loneliness (no time to really explain right now). Having said that, I tried Elevator T2, and while I loved alot of the levels, I too found it tedious. It lead me to a conclusion - a LITTLE bit of JIS goes a LONG way. In other words, JIS is good in small doses, but a 9-level mission pack from him is just overwhelming! I finished it with ALOT of help from the forums here! It's not a bad pack, but it becomes VERY fragmented towards the end.
Funny story - I generally replace any porn pics in missions with less-risque glamour shots of my favorite actresses. So, I replaced severl of the photos in Elevator - when I got to that last level, there was Nicole Kidman to greet me right off the start (nice). But later on, I came to a picture of Kate Beckinsale (Oh how lovely!!) - anyway, after admiring the pic for a moment, I started hunting around for my next switch or lever - finally giving up and consulting the forums. Imagine my surprise when the hidden switch was hidden on the nipple of the porn pic I had replaced with Kate!! So, I had to go up to Kate and get very familiar with her as a clicked ALL OVER the dang pic till I found the right spot! :laff:
Anyhoo - I can summarize playing JIS levels in one sentence - "Running around in a frantic search (usually being chased by haunts and having NO weapons) and hoping that each corridor won't lead to the inevitable DEAD END - followed by the momentary respite of finding that obscure hidden switch - then back to the frantic search again!!"

I played F in Newdark today. On all three difficulty levels, I started with only one fire arrow and one holy water arrow. Atop the towers in the open area beyond the starting location, I found two chests: The first one was empty, the second one required a key I never found. Since I had not gear, I resorted to running from the horde chasing me. It is possible to grab the scepter and then run back to the start, completing the mission objectives. The playtime can be as short as 60 seconds if you do this.

Completed K now as well. JIS clearly had fun messing around with DromEd and did not attempt to build a serious mission with this one. I mean, most of the loot is on a giant pile of bugbeast dung and that is clearly a penis etched into a wall nearby. Finished in 12 minutes with no hints needed to find the hidden lock.

Always wanted to try some of this weird Japanese stuff. Not sure if your comment made that desire stronger, but anyhow.
