There is no such FM.
So, I guess you are mixing up the title somehow.
You might want to try filtering the missions on Thiefmissions.com by some text, e.g. night
And see if you can find the correct title.

it was my first very crappy attemp to make a mission.
I rebuild the unit in the hospital I work. i never released it.
