In Garrett's first encounter with them, he mentions that they speak telopathically, but he can hear them. How can he?

He's got Keeper training. He's the One True Keeper. He's special. Garrett's Keeper enemies always underestimate him. He surprises himself. He acts on instinct and fulfills prophecy while the Keepers remain blind. The Keepers that work on Garrett's behalf are also blind to the truth, but they don't deny Garrett's amazing ability to fulfill prophecy without even trying. Garrett hates the prophecies and despises the Keepers, yet his very rebellion is the means to the prophesized end. He's special.:cheeky:

The funny thing is that you can stop their "thoughts" with a moss arrow. :erm: Strange anatomy. But I like the idea of this transformation into an enforcer. I wonder if they eat or sleep. After all, they scratch there head when looking for Garrett gets boring.

Those Enforcers are really easy to handle in my opinion. At first when I saw them on Day 5 I was really scared, but when I saw them fight in a gang war with the Hammerites I sighed. Even their moans of death come into Garrett's head! That's annoying.

It is really sad that they were so badly done; after all the talk about them in the booklet and what you hear/see in the cutscenes, you expect some special enemyand not those fumbling mass murderers.
But then they also made Gamall into quite a caricature of what it/she could have been.

Keeper Enforcers = The Keepers' version of Masked Servants!:p
Well, only if you apply Garrett's description of the Servants from the Metal Age DEMO briefing!
Another unused idea from an older game brought into a different context in the newer?
Yeah, the modding community's been trying to make the Enforcers more formidible and scary for quite some time. That tells you what the developers were up against. Nice idea, but not enough time, resources, etc. I'm rambling a bit.... Leaving now.
