This is my second time playing through T:DS, and I think I encountered the same objective problem the first play-through. I have all of the other objectives completed except "find clues about the dark age". I forgot where I need to go to read something that finishes that objective.

I dom not remember which book exactly but there are 2 on different tables and one ticks off that objective. I think its the one downstairs near where the two keepers talk about the ship abysmal gale. Hope this helps!

I've read every book around and the objective still dosn't check off. Where do I go? Is there a T3 walkthrough out there?

Okay heres a link to one of the guides at gamefaqs.com According to it there is a book near the start to your left. The other is downstairs where I said. Hope this helps! Heres the link:

On the second floor (hall to Orland's office), put your back to the elevator. Turn RIGHT. At the end of the Mezzanine is a podium/stand/pedestal with a book on it. Read the book.
