To be honest, I prefer having my "problems" than yours. :joke:

If Ken Levine is not involved in Bioshock 2 then there may be hope yet.
I don't really see how he was the main problem. :erg:

Again? Jesus...
Yeah, again. This ambition stuff is all too familiar. Still, Bioshock's success might have cleared the way for something that goes a bit further this time.

Oh God, please keep Ken away from X-Com.
He might try to create a spiritual successor or something.

Maybe he wasn't the one calling the shots, but Levine came on these forums to reassure us that Bioshock was not going to be a watered-down version of SS2. When the game came out, and he disappeared, you can guess where all the blame went. So, rational or irrational, it seems that many people here have blamed the game's shortcomings on him.

Ken came here after the game was released and said that any "dumbing down" to the game design came from him and was totally voluntary.

He actually had balls to came here after the game was released? Brave boy.

It's not hard to be brave on the Internet.

As far as I'm concerned Levine has nothing to feel ashamed about. Bioshock is magnificant. If it isn't shock2 enough for you maybe you're stuck in the past?
Rogue Keeper on 24/3/2009 at 14:44
Or maybe you're stuck in bad taste.
