some lack wit has lost the drill bit, its valuable, and if found adds handsomely to your take on the mission. i always ambush cavador outside site 6, he walks by and i can flash bomb and gas arrow the entire group leaving cavador defensless in about 2 seconds.

Whoa. He goes to his quarters if you sound the alarm? I usually save his quarters for the very last thing in the mission. I couldn't imagine how tough it would be if he and his entourage are in there along with the usual guards.
That mission is fairly easy if you race your way to the "nexus". There's a single spot where it's a four-way intersection between areas, and you can extinguish all the torches in the area making it completely pitch black. That's where I nailed him first time though, anyways. There's a couple other decidely good ambush spots, but none that equal that intersection.

It's not so tough. I went into site 5 recently and took down a few of the guards by setting the alarm off on purpose and then let the first few guards come and trip over my mines. Mines did in Cavador's guard, a few other ones taken down by arrows in the head. No wonder I think of thief as assasin!
