I'm on the Killing Time level where I have to break into the clock tower and stop time...yada yada yada...and now I'm at the very end. I delt with the steam machine and the coal burner but I don't have all my loot, which I need to have before finishing the job. What I need to know is: is there a way to go up that huge room with the big tower thing in the middle of it (you come down when Garret states 'it's a long way down...but down is always easier then going up'). I've searched the place but I can't find a way to climb back up. I've gotten all the loot I could find in the lower clock tower and I'm still like 20% short (it's on hard mode. I got through the level with no difficulty before but it was on normal mode).
Any ideas/suggestions/words of wisdom?

It is possible to climb back up that tower but very difficult. I couldn't quite manage it, and ended up in a similar predicament...I ended up without the whole 100% loot. You need to go to the corner of the tower where you can climb the wall from the bottom (I think it's near the vent with steam coming out). You need to climb up until you can go no further, drop down onto the pipes and work your way up like that. I can't tell you the number of times I fell off. You need to be skilled with those climbing gloves of yours.

Thanks, I'll try it out.

Did you get the loot in that central room with the "tower"?
It's not a lot but it helps.
Start climbing the tower at the corner where the low platform is that start the pipes around the tower.
At the southeast corner climb to the platform, follow the pipes around to the right (counter-clockwise) to the west, drop to the platform below you.
Run west and Jump to the wall and climb above the window.
Jump BACKWARDS, and land on the platform. Go to the central shaft and make your way onto the platform on the north. Open the grate and climb up the ladder.
For the loot, it is on a beam in the southeast corner of the central room. You need to take out the priest on the east platform, jump to his platform.
Then jump onto the east wall, jump sideways and slide to the south and then at the corner jump sideways onto the wall at the southeast corner and grab the loot.

I tried getting up there but it seemed impossible... I started the mission over again. But I have another question: Where do I find the diamond pendalum thing?

Ohh... THAT piece of loot. I couldn't find it on my first try, because I only found out about it from a note somewhere.
In the room where you start with the gigantic pendulums, you go to the wall to the right of the clock face, and use the climbing gloves to get it from its position on the top of the wall.

It can be done, but is really tricky.
Start at the platform facing the priest on the east wall. The easy way is to take him out with a gas arrow.
Mantle onto the railing where you are. Jump to his platform. Mantle to the south rail. JUMP to the east wall. Climb as high as you can. Then use a Jump and the D key to move to the south, and immediately hit the jump/climb key.
Move to the south with the D key. At the corner climb as high as you can. Then again, jump/D to the right, and immediately hit the Jump/Climb combination.
I suggest a lot, I mean a lot of QS while you do this. Or even a full SAVE at the completion of each segment of the operation.
It is a lot of fun, scarey as hell, but very satisfying when you actually get to the loot. :)

I was able to climb up it once. The short answer is if you can get to the top of the center structure of the big room, you can climb a ladder up to the higher level. Even having done it once (I was just exploring), when I got to the bottom and didn't have enough loot, I decided it was easier to restart the level than to try and do it again.

Yeah, I tried climbing for a while but I just couldn't get to the top where I needed to be, so I restarted the level from an earlier save. I got through it now;) And I got the diamond.
