@dealasteal,
That last note is correct for some skills, but not for normal. In normal mode, Franticious is located
in an alley that is accessed by going trough Kevil's house. That, in turn, is reached by going down the ramp from the town square and turning left.
Hi.
great to hear that you finished KotP, frobber.
But i have a little problem, like always ;)
I installed Thief 2 today again and after that i installed KotP with Darkloader. I started the game and see the townclock in this little picture in the main menu. Then i click "new game" and the game starts the first mission of the original game. I think this is a problem which happend already before, but i can't find a solution in the forum...

@delasteal
Francitious starts in a different place for each difficulty - he doesn't move far in Normal and Hard, but he travels around in Expert

Ok, I went back (using hard set mode) and waited in the pub and followed Alisha past a barn and everyone was killed in that area. Then after the objectives showed complete except for the "Franticius must die toni" and "find the keepers safe house'.
Its looking to be a long segment for me :rolleyes:
Is the barn your describing have an elevator in it?, because nobodys home there now.
Searching......

Oh man, I saw a guy wearing a green jacket with a pony tail and know that wasn't him because franticius is wearing purple gear.
I will keep looking....
Thanks all!
edit:
I found him in the barn on "hard setting" as he was knocked out with the use of a gas arrow and I never actually killed him! Until now!
Onward to the safe house.....
Just finished this. Very good job to all involved.
Just about every element of it was quite good - I only had one small problem with it.
Really, the Keepers involvement in the whole Feral Child bit is just out of character. Morality aside, that would be taking a very active role in events, which is something they don't do. I mean, think about their reaction to the threat of Karras; they advised Garrett, but didn't really act themselves. If they allowed themselves to direct events as much as they do in this mission, they could have gotten rid of the servants more directly. or even removed Karras when they first became aware of threat he posed.
Heehee... great mission!
I knew those fireworks would come in handy for something! What an unfortunate 'accident'
Just need to find the safe house now. Any tips?

Scratch that. I just found it. For reference (and because I know I've been frustrated by people who post 'Where is the X?' only to post 'No matter, I found it', while I'm pulling my hair out looking for that very X :cheeky: ), here's where it is:
It's in the top of a building next to the Fireworks storage place. You can see inside the windows. To get in, you need to swim into the canals to the north of it and climb a ladder behind the building, entering via a hatch.
