Those may not actually be bullshots. There's a lot more visible aliasing than you'd get in a bullshot scenario.

For a clear example, check the telephone wires in screenshot 4. That shit is usually the first thing to get airbrushed.

I'm just wondering how much of this is reused from mafia 2 :D I guess things like that will only increase due to the huge amount of time it takes to make assets in such detail.

Nobody can be this stupid, surely? They certainly wouldn't be sharing assets, that'd be as ludicrous as saying that Bioshock and GTA4 share a common codebase. Firstly both games are built on proprietary engines. They are being published by two completely different subsidiaries of Take 2, only one of which is an internal studio, the other being independent.
