What it says on the tin. Last game you plunked down your hard-earned money for. Not games you got as gifts, or games you got over Bittorrent- games you went out and paid for with money. DLC like Fallout 3's, or download-only games like Megaman 9, also count.
For me it was FEAR 2.

Yeh I went on a game buying binge recently, something i havent done for ages (also got me a new pc too), picked up Fallout3, Oblivion gotye, Gta4, Stalker SoC(to replace my, erm, other copy which i 'lost') and Heroes of M+M 5 cos it was only 10 bucks.
Now just gotta find the time to play em.

Mirror's Edge for the PS3, only a day or two after buying Plants vs Zombies.
First two games I've bought since GTA4 along with my PS3 last year. And once I've replayed ME, I'll be trading it in along with GTA4 and picking up Fallout 3 for the PC.
