We already have a thread about least favourite missions... So, what are your least favourite Thief monsters, creatures and other non-human foes ?
The poll is yours. ;)

Any that kill me ! ;)
I always hated the zombies, ape beasts could probably come in fairly quickly after them. :)

Bugbeasts. They'd be better off going back to the Ministry of Silly Walks.

Before I memorized enough about the missions, and before I acquired my taffing skills, the creatures with the ranged attacks were the most annoying, but only if they spotted me. I chose the huge Green Spider for the annoying webshots, but none of the creatures are a problem anymore. I've gotten to the point where it's mostly the patrol patterns for whatever AIs happen to be in a location, or if it's many AI in one location.

This is a difficult question. When you play the game for ages, you begin to learn the strengths and weaknesses of every creature, and how to dispose of them with almost any tool or weapon.
But I'd probably say treebeast. They are quite resiliant, deadly fast, and gain a lot of unnessessary attention.

You forgot to include the guards with big metal helmets.

:laff:
I had to go with Treebeasts. They seem overpowered, too fast and overall just a pain to encounter. Definitely brings the heart rate up, but more in a frustrating way for me than anything else.

You might get more consistent results if you asked only one question instead of two (hate vs annoying). Anyway, I went with bugbeasts based on the annoying question. Second R Soul's comments.
What's the difference between Craymen and Craybeasts?
jtr7 on 6/3/2009 at 03:49
Hit points. Also size, color, location, and the Craybeasts never flee.

Do they look the same? I guess I never noticed two different-looking cray things.
